About this project
Dusten worked closely with Jenny O'Grady and Naval Science Staff to develop branding for Naval ROTC. Dusten also worked closely with Roland King to design a proclamation that established NROTC at UMBC. A ceremony was held on November 30, 2015 and the proclamation was signed by Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Navy Dennis McGinn, U.S. Senator Barbara Mikulski, and President Freeman A. Hrabowski, III.
Creating branding as well as a proclamation for Maryland's first NROTC Program was a rewarding design experience.
